  : Great location, spacious accomodations, pleasant neighbors (I met a couple of them when I needed a jack to repair a flat that a nail caused). Liked the many hummingbirds and the coyote that I saw outside the window one morning.
  : The confirmation email I received mentioned check-in was at 3PM. When I texted the owner/unit manager to see if we might receive a slightly earlier confirmation, he said that the unit wouldn't be cleaned until 4PM. I suggested that if that were indeed the check-in time, he should update the information that is sent out to the renter. Also just a little bit of sticker shock when I went to pay the fees online and noticed a $300 cleaning fee tacked on that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Seems a bit steep, as far as those usually go I think.
