: View was amazing. Location perfect.
: The baseboard heat clanged and popped VERY LOUDLY all night long. So much so that it woke us up repeatedly each night.

: The view was outstanding being partially on the mountain side. Plenty of space for sleepers. Liked that there were female toiletries and utensils.
: The decore was a very dated. Old crusty carpet, ugly wall paper. The wall hangings were cheap and falling off the walls. There was an empty coffee can in the cabinet, which was a huge downer. The parking pad was very small for turning around.

: This property is near the national forest and easy to find.
: The property has a moldy kind of smell and gave me a headache. The day of our arrival was an exceptionally cold and raining day that temperature was in 40F. The heater never came on, thus was unbearably cold. The entire place was very dated and there is no master suite: one bedroom upstairs has a bathroom room across a hallway and then several bedrooms with a lot of beds in the basement. Reported the smell and no heating problem to Vacasa, the property management company. The staff there sounded like helpful and said to move us to another property if available. There were other properties available at that time but they told us that we had to pay for that as a new booking. Upon insisting that they shall take care of it as Great Outdoor is not habitable, they told us that's above their pay grade and some manager would call us the next morning. We spent 2-3 hours of our vacation time to deal with them on the phone and then had to book a night at a local hotel. The next day was the same thing that someone said we had to pay for another place. We never stayed at the Great Outdoor and had to pay for somewhere else. Would not want to stay in any Vacasa managed properties going forward.
