  : The staff were excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and bright and everything worked great. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. I loved the smores kit that they desk handed out at night. The hot tub view and space is amazing.
  : Unfortunately there was a wedding party that dominated the patio and fire pits and so it made it difficult for the rest of the guests to enjoy the area. They could have provided a free breakfast for what we paid for the room. Even bagels and juice would have been easy. Also the city needs to open up the pedestrian bridge even if there is a concert so we could walk to the harbor easier.

  : view is good but $580 per night with small room, shared balcony, noisy drunk wedding guests, and on and off you see your neighbors taking a peek at you through the windows……etc.hello? privacy??it is a good hotel, exceptional staff, but not worth the price…

I don’t know if this is because I look like non-local Or too tourists Or non-Caucasian. anyway, the charge at the last minute did make me disappointed.

  : it’s nice and close to Restuarants. bar staff are very friendly and the food was lovely.
  : the room we booked as a king with a patio harbour view however we had no privacy the room was right floor level to the hot tub and guest area so we couldn’t enjoy the view we had to keep our blinds closed. the pillows we extremely fiat. staff at reception were very unhelpful and abrupt.our aircon wouldn’t turn the fan off so they eventually had to disconnect it - we had a very hot room in the morning.
