  : Location, lowest price in town. Comfortable bed, microwave and fridge were nice. Staff was super friendly!
  : Hardwood floor seemed a little dirty, room seemed a little small, and no offer of even a prepackaged breakfast. Wish the breakfast note in the book in the room would have been taken away.

  : The owner was very friendly and kind. Towels and sheets were clean. They put on a fireworks show for the 4th, which was very nice. It was a good location and quiet. Upon arrival we were notified that our air conditioner was broke and it was fixed immediately with a brand new one. The owner was going to upgrade us for our troubles, which was very kind, but we were happy to stay in our room since it was fixed. The pull up to the door parking was nice. Also, if you are a motorcycle person, you can park under the overhang which is always a bonus.
  : The refrigerator was cool, but not cold. Not sure if it just needed a good defrost or if it is time for a new one. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders for this room. Our walls had seen better days, but our friends that stayed next door had clean and textured walls, so maybe our room was on the “to do” list. One suggestion would be better cleaning around the base of the beds. Besides that, the rest of the room looked clean. A picnic area would be a nice addition for family and friends that stay. The miniature golf area was not useable. WiFi was not great in our room.
