  : Layout, location, balcony ⭐️
  : The “third” bedroom was really small and set up with twin beds even though we had no children coming. I thought maybe they’d be pushed together and made up as a queen. The couple who slept in there said the beds were not comfortable.

  : Beach front. Gorgeous view. Convenience: closed to everything. There were many restaurants and convenience store during 3 miles radius.
  : The main office staff. The man was unaccommodating and did not show any signs of empathy given our group of two elders and two children having to manage in the pouring rain everyday of our stay. The assigned parking space in the covered parking structure is super narrow and only suited for a small compact car (not even a four-door sedan). Facility was half vacant and staff did not show any effort of improving our experience.

  : The location was amazing. The view was spectacular. 701 was very simply amazing.
  : Having to pay for the beach chairs.

  : Great location. Lots of space. Enjoyed the views.
  : Showers had black mold and the microwave was breaking. Dryer does not dry well. Couch smelled.
