: The location was perfect
: The condo was not clean.(Hair and food was on counters, sinks, floors etc) My condo was double booked. (We were made aware when a couple was standing outside our door after they possibly accessed our room)The condo is outdated with old bedding, paint chippins everywhere, knicks on walls, dusty, the dinette set chairs are all broken in, the pull out couch has seen its last days, and the kitchen is poorly stocked. (Bought lysol, dish clothes,silverware, plates, cups, sheets, pillows, hand soap etc.. to make our stay remotely comfortable)

: Close to the beach.
: There was no contactless check-in, the person in the HOA office at check-in wasn’t friendly and was away for lunch without a back up staff person when we arrived. We had to pay for parking and pool access which seemed odd as the price per night was very high. We asked for early check-in as we had to check out at the prior resort at 10am (they are a Sat to Sat resort and we wanted to stay in Destin an extra day) and this check in was at 4. Did not get an early check in. Asked for a late check out due to our flight time and didn’t get that either. Instead, we had the cleaning crew knocking on our door 15 min before check out time. We will not stay at this property again as the experience compared to the other condo we stayed at was very poor.

: My group loved how close it was to the beach and stepping out onto our balcony and having the perfect view.
: Our group was upset we had to pay for a whole week of chairs and umbrellas. We were prepared to use our own equipment and sit down by the water and also weren’t allowed to sit in front of the water even though we spent $140 on the chairs and umbrella for a week, that was frustrating.
