: Price. But then the pool is not heated, the 300yd walk to the locked gate to the path to the beach is not senior friendly, the dinning room...well there is not room for 4, and the balcony has barely enough room for the 2 chairs. There are rules posted everywhere that you will be fined $25 for infractions...you can see they are used to renting to kids in spring break!
: It is not elderly friendly, stairs only, beach is 1/3 mile away with NO parking area for handicapped, Im 70 and dont need postings on door, refrigerator, telling me they will fine me $25 for any infraction after I already read and signed a contract, it looks cheap! Garbage is taken at one spot and can be a 200yd walk or drive, and the trucks come at 5:00am every other day!

: The appliances (stove top) did not work properly. The washing machine did not fill up enough to wash anything other than a small load (because the switch is broken) .

: The breakfast was good great location everything was in walking distance
: The bathrooms needed new shower liners the drains in the tub were bad there was construction going on right above us on our anniversary and everyday that we were there it started at 7:00 in the morning and went on to the evening time we had to yell we're coming out just so we didn't get stuff all over us it was a lot to deal with

: I really like the location that wasnt far from the beach, it was just behind the facility..
: Im the pictures looked big and spacious but its small It was kind of clean. My daughter dropped her glasses and as soon as she picked them up saw a mess under the beds , peace of wood and carpet . On the (king size bed) bedroom there was a lot of stuff in the closet we had some issues with the shower handles as well
