  : Pictures posted on booking.com didn’t match our rental. Feel like a bait and switch. Would not have booked or paid if booking.com posted real pictures of rental. Feel like I was fleeced. Screws in wall with nothing on them. Nice leather furniture in photos but not at rental. Rental was decorated from the 80,s. Splotch of paint here and there. Thought I was getting a nicer place based on the pictures. Had I seen real photos I would not have rented. I would like some of my money back. Shame on you.

  : It was complicated getting checked in, The hot tub was closed, none of the TVs worked the whole time we were there, there was mold in the standup shower, and it needed more curtains to block all the sunlight that came in in the mornings

  : Upon arrival, no elevator code or pool code. Called 24/7 support(no answer and no call back). We were in #303. This unit is outdated and smells. Had to buy cleaning supplies to get rid of musty/moldy smell. Furniture was dirty and smelly. Carpet in master closet has NEVER been cleaned. Vent, in bathroom, falling down. In one bedroom, no vent, just a hole in wall. Called 24/7 support the second day to get elevator code and to ask for another unit. Never happened until I found the office 1/2 mile away. Satellite didn't work. Wi-fi was the wrong site. When office finally got the correct address, they never gave me the password! Promised that Dish would arrive and they never did come. Worse vacation I have ever had. Thanks a lot.
