  : Location. Condo.
  : The receptionist wasnt going to honor our year-in-advance reservations because of something with their contracts w the booking company. Almost left without a place to stay. Got in touch with the owner of the condo and she spoke with the front desk and then she let us in! It was an awful experience. But after that, things went well.

  : My instructions on how to get my key for the property was not the correct from Vacasa. It took two hours of phone calls before I was able to obtain key to our unit.
  : Between the owner, Vacasa representative, Vacasa app and front desk no one knew the correct procedures on how I can obtain my key to my unit or the password for the internet. The floor was not cleaned

  : The location and facilities were adequate. My teens had plenty to do without roaming far.
  : The washer in my room was broken and the stove also was a little old. If I had never used an electric stove I wouldn't have been able to use it. Couch left a lot to be desired. The TV needs upgrade so you can use your own streaming. And the table only had 2 chairs. For the price I paid nightly these shouldn't have been an issue.

  : The location is great.
  : Gee, where should I start. I did not realize I was booking a room with the condo association, I thought I was booking for the hotel. I was not allowed to get my room key until exactly 4:00 and then the code didn't work. The condo room was old, outdated and smelled. The beds were meant for kids not adults. The price for the room was price gouging because we were there for the race. We actually only stayed one night and then went next door to the Hilton for half the price and way better comfort with an ocean view. Renter beware!!!

  : I enjoyed the view. it also was very homey
  : the place was nice, but seemed a lil dirty. the sink in the bathroom would would not drain. the sheets looked used and not washed.. we also were in need of house toilet paper.. staff down stairs was rude and seemed to be bother by me asking to redirect me to a number I can call..

  : The room was advertised as ocean front but it is not. The room has only 2 windows facing the hallway. The room had no working curtains and the washer didn't work and no water pressure for kitchen sink.
