  : Tried to pay on different occasions front desk clerk was so busy talking on the phone to friends and family they could not possibly put down the phone to take my money....No elevator... Amateurs charging professional prices horrible. Went to pay for another night after being there for a week and I was told you will have to check out we don't have any rooms available after I was already in the house How bizarre.

  : Person at the front desk on more than one occasion was so busy talking on the phone two friends and family, that they possibly couldn't take my payment even though they'd already started the process. No elevator and when I went to pay for another two nights they told me oh they don't have any room it's all booked up but I'd already been there for a whole week so they just told me to check out it was the most bizarre thing I've ever encountered so rude.Amateurs charging professional prices.Bookings.com needs to put in large lettuce on each location of each hotel whether or not they accept cash or they only accept credit card this is very important for travelers as not every single state has all the banks so you think you can pay in cash but then you find out you can only pay with credit card kind of a scam as it's so legal tender.

  : Location was okay.
  : Facility was not maintained. AC didnt work properly, room door didn’t work properly - had to lift it up to get the deadbolt to lock and had to slam it to get it to close all the way. Shhets had several stains on them. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet was actually partly under the sink counter. Manager argued about the AC and refused to reimburse me for an unpleasant stay.
