  : I did not like that even though I had prepaid with my credit card. The hotel staff told me I had to use the hotel's private ATM. DRAW OUT $160.00 cash for a deposit on the room.

  : In my booking request I asked for extra towels they did not give any. The bed made loud noises any time you move. The shower was leaking before we got into our room and made a huge water puddle next to the toilet that made its way across the floor, which at first I did not notice until I went to go use the restroom and I was stepping in water. Which we ultimately ended up having to use one of the two towels that were in our room to keep on the bathroom floor next to the toilet because the shower never stopped leaking. The bed constantly made loud noises anytime you moved so if you’re sleeping and you just lightly roll over, loud noise, it was irritating. The pool area is extremely dangerous. Even just walking on the tile floor that they have in there, you can slip at any moment. We sadly watched a woman caring her little baby slip, and fall while we were there, not sure if she was hurt since she got up and walked out right after. Then there is the breakfast. Disgusting. They had made biscuits and gravy every day that we were there, and there was hair in it when we actually decided to try it. It sucks that I booked this room before reading the other reviews for this place because I have always had good experiences at other AmericInns in different areas but this one is the worst one I’ve ever experienced.
