: Had to change unit because there is no front desk so any problem you have to call toll-free number, 100 dollar cleaning fee, 250 unannounced deposit charge.

: The gate in the ally is left open at night and you will find homeless people sleeping near the trash or recycling cans(that was sad to see). Refrigerator did not work for the duration of the trip. Floors were not cleaned. One set of blinds doesn’t work. Parking could be dangerous or scary as it is located across the street from the homeless shelter and some of the people will sleep in the parking garage.

: Location was very convenient.
: The bathroom fan didn’t work, the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter when turned off, a smoke alarm chirped for 24 hours before it was fixed and the hallways smelled like pot smoke.

: The natural light was great, and the layout of the space worked well.
: The kitchen was poorly stocked, cheap coffee pot didnt work and the cheap coffee pods kept bursting, a property like this should have a normal pot that has capacity for 3-5 cups. Kitchen lacked basic spices and even sugar. Also the windows in the bedroom lacked curtains and there was alot of reflective light from the outside making sleep quality poor.

: Clean and good location
: Parking ramp. A bunch of shady characters roaming around. Not the safest for single woman. Plus we got locked out twice with the weird door code and double doors.
