  : No one checked to restock items, 3 night stay, ran out of towels, toilet paper, tissues, cleaning crew knocked on door at 9 & told us checkout was 10 when it was 11. Didn’t have pool towels

  : The breakfast options were good but the hours were weird. Most hotels end breakfast at 10 am but this hotel ended at 9:30 am. The black out curtains were great.
  : We saw the housekeeping staff on the floor every day and asked them to clean the room but they never did. They didn't remove the trash, give us new towels, or clean the bathroom even though we asked. We ran out of soap, toilet paper, and tissues and had to call the front desk staff to ask for these items. On the last night of our stay, I called the front desk two times, but they didn't answer. When I went downstairs, she was on her phone with a personal call on speaker, so all guests could hear this, which was unprofessional. It was obvious the reason she didn't answer the reception phone was because she wanted to use her own personal phone for calls instead of helping guests. I would suggest that the manager of the hotel review the video recordings of the lady at the front desk at midnight until 1 am on Saturday, August 3/ Sunday august 4. The woman at the front desk was so unpressional and I can't believe we paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel.
