  : I liked the view, close to where we need to be for our activities. The staff was really nice initially and they weren't ever mean when we had the issue I just felt like they were not prompt and trying to accommodate for our needs in a timely manner.
  : Facilities need repairs and not able to get in touch with staff until after nine even at 830 am rang door bell and nobody came to assist. The tub knob broke off disrupting water source in tub at around midnight when we had returned from our activites. At 8:30 a.m. I got up to go up to the office and I pushed the doorbell multiple times and nobody ever came out to answer the doorbell. He had to leave for another activity that we had that morning. I called between 9 and 11 am about the issue and asked for them to find a way to fix it. We returned around noon and talked with the staff, and they reported they were on their way to get parts to fix. We also asked for new towels to be placed in room as we had used all of ours. We told them they were in front of the sink and she told us she would put new towels in the room. We returned at at 5pm. And nothing had been done to fix the tub issue, same dirty towels still on the floor, broken knob as well. We were told the building is a 70 year old building and takes time to fix things, they said they were just getting back from fix it place with parts. They said they don't go into rooms without permission for changing towels. I explained that I called in the morning and spoke to staff at noon about the issues and that we needed to be able to shower at that time when we returned. Never between 12 noon or 5pm did I get a phone call in regards to not being able to fix the issues. They did not offer an alternative room or place to shower. I asked for a refund for that night as we decided to not stay there for the rest of evening. They said they would only do half a refund. I still asked for full refund of that night. Waiting still to see if I get any kind of a refund. I asked to speak to the owner they said they that she wasn't there but they gave me your phone number.

  : The venue may seem " lower standards" by outside appearance, but the rooms are CLEAN, plumbing works, AC was wonderful. Staff very welcoming. We enjoyed more than the double tree. We will visit again.
  : Outside appearance needs maintenance, but the maintenance guy was on other projects, all of which no doubt take time and skill. We will visit again. Thank you!

  : The beds were so uncomfortable the absolute worst and there was a lot of painted over water damage on the ceilings the room smelled musty and was just dingy and gross… this place has potential to be nice if someone effort was put into it won’t stay here again
