  : Pool and all the grounds were very nice. The entire staff was also very nice. Security was excellent but maybe a big over the top. The two restaurants we frequented had excellent food at competitive prices.
  : Security was a bit much having to show ID every time you went up to your room. Also did not like the tobacco smoke smell of the casino and common areas around the grounds. The signs said no smoking yet many did.

  : the room was clean. i paid for a deluxe king, the desk clerk said he upgraded us to a suite, but it was a deluxe king. the room was exactly like the photos of the room i booked, so no big deal, but don't say you upgraded us like we're lucky or something. the room was clean, bed was a little bouncy. the shower needs some attention, the design and location of the door is wrong for where the shower head is but the whirlpool is nice. there's no overhead light and some of the light switches didn't seem to work anything.
  : our checkout time was 11am. we both had some business calls to make that morning so we used the business center but then wanted to swim, have lunch and play more games. after our business calls, we asked if they would hold our luggage since we had checked out so we could go swimming and the desk clerk informed us we could no longer swim because we were checked out. i understand a rule for locals that are not staying in the hotel but when you see a guests had stayed in your resort, traveled 3-hours to get there, made some business calls and actually tells you that they spent $1000 on games already you would thing you would let them go swimming, have lunch and then lose more money in your place. Instead he charged us $50 as a late checkout, which would've been okay if it was presented that way in the first place. I paid the $50 but was not happy about that.
