: The hotel needs a deep cleaning, floors, walls, furniture. The shower sprayed water everywhere and the floor was soaked, the pressure of the water was too strong. Also smell of someone smoking marijuana was strong on our floor. We were only there for 1 night so it was tolerable.

: The room showers are old and disgusting. We felt unsafe not wearing shoes in the shower due to a severe lack of cleanliness.

: I have booked 2 rooms of 2 double beds each, through booking.com and got the confirmation for our family of 7). Once arrived to the hotel in midnight (after driving 3 hours) we were told by the night shift person that they don’t have these rooms available. PS - we did tell the hotel we will be checking in late at night and got confirmation on this too). Then we were offered a different rooms and we needed to go upstairs in the hotel floors for a tour with the hotel guy to check other rooms. Some of the rooms he wanted to show us were already occupied by other guests, so he knocked on other guest room doors and then try to open with a mater key….I have travelled many years for business for work and I have never seen that kind of bad customer service. We were told - “all the hotels are over booking….”, it is not just us….. and I just wanted to let my kids the rest they needed prior boarding a flight the morning after……

: I was there with my friend, 2 women, while we were sleeping they assigned our room to someone else, at 1:57 am they gave room key to a male to enter into our room were were terrified, our husbands are taking us back to Buffalo to file a police report
