: The short and sweet directions on the door and frig were helpful (where to put old towels...). Nice size frig. Good stove. All plates, utensils, cups, glasses accommodated our group (if we filled the capacity of 6, we would have been shorted dinner plates, but okay for our 4). Clean. Plenty of garbage bags, soaps, towels. TV worked. WIFI worked. Location was easy walk into town (you would need to like to walk... we do). Located in a residential area, so a bit more quiet.
: The parking was okay as long as everyone parked in their spots and didn't take up two spots because their vehicles were too large. No place for 4-6 to gather around a table to have breakfast and other meals/snack (we used the small living room with the coffee table/two could sit at counter). Water pressure was low on 3rd floor. Not obvious how to lock doors (our apartment or the front door... figured it out over time). Front bedroom was more noisy because it was on street side.
