  : The facility was okay outside. The Staff was pleasant.
  : The room for the first time was dirty. Water was on the floor in the bathroom with a dirty washcloth under the sink as well. The tub was still dirty with peeling prices of the tub on the floor. I've stayed there many times so I'm not sure who cleaned the room that day before check-in

  : The staff was proactive when it came to reassigning us another room after we found several unacceptable issues with our suite. They even were so kind to deliever the new room keys to the room to prevent us from having to come all the way back down to the front desk. Thanks
  : Our first room was dirty. The bed wasn't made and sheets were dirty, there was food left in the fridge and it made the room smell horribly, bathroom had hair on the floor, and there was sticky residue all over the countertops. Floors had shredded pieces of paper and you can tell the room hadn't been properly vacuumed. Please check your rooms. We stay here often and that was the first time that has happened to us. Normally the rooms are pretty cleaned. The second room we received was in much better condition and was cleaned. The staff was very nice and understanding and apologize several times for the inconvenience.

  : I like the location, the employees, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The so ap shampoo and lotion dispensaries in the bathroom what's a compliment to the room
  : My room had dirty socks inside of the closet and there was a little mold in the bathroom

  : The heat did not work in the room. All it did was blow cold air out. I could not even turn it off, I had to unplug the unit.

  : We used this hotel as a "crash pad" to maintain our sanity after 2 nights of not having power or water at home. We had two queen beds to accommodate 4 adults and the room was comfortable/spacious enough. There was a refrigerator, TV, blowdryer, coffee maker, microwave and enough electrical plugs for our gadgets. The beds were comfortable in terms of linens, pillows, etc. Parking is very easy, lots of it. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Checkout was via an SMS only so it was awesome that way. Breakfast was included in our room and it was fairly generous - lots of breads, pancake maker, yogurt, cereal, sausages and eggs, of course coffee, tea and some juices. Location is near some restaurants and besides Checkers if you want burgers. We tried to have food delivery and it worked well.
  : TV didn't have Netflix or any interesting channels (no streaming service/s) and there were only 3 towels for a party of 4 - we could've asked but it was getting too late and we just felt like crashing! There was some loud shouting and arguing in the room across ours - seemed like a violent domestic dispute, we could hear someone being "thrown" and crying very loudly. Not a fault of the hotel at all but wondering if this is something that they could've acted on.
