  : The actual unit was decent. It was close to the entrance which was good because nothing related to the resort itself was accessible to us. If you have kids, you should not book through anyone other than the resort directly. YOLO Sports rented everything we did to have fun. golf carts, parasailing, and wave runners. the resort offered NOTHING except a place to stay.
  : It was very unclear that the resort amenities were not included. The use of beach chairs, pools with slides, restaurants, bars, etc were only for those with wristbands. We had none. If you wanted beach chairs, you have to carry them down to the beach, you cannot use the ones already set up in prime spots. No wi-fi worked other than the resort guest and it was horrible. TP and paper towels were the absolute cheapest available. Beach towels were 1 per person for the entire stay. Calling the rental company fell on deaf ears for Wi-FI and wristbands. They said it was clearly stated on the booking.com site but I still cannot find it. Doesn't matter now. We will only book directly from now on. Terrible value.

  : The air conditioning was a problem, master never got cool at night, should have been told about exclusion from slide swimming pool area, and tents on beach, not very happy
