South Seas Bayside Villa 4112 not part of resort amenity access

  : The location was beautiful and the condo was nice and roomy with a comfy bed.
  : It could definitely use my updates - we have stayed at other condos at South Seas that looked less run down. There was a lot of peeling paint/cabinets and a leaky faucet in the bedroom; moreover, it seemed like there was an issue getting a comfortable temperature in the bedroom (the living room was cooler than the bedroom.) It would have also been nice to have the kitchen equipped with some basic things such as coffee, salt/pepper/sugar; luckily the island store was close-by.

  : Had some initial issues with the key pad access but they were quickly resolved. Enjoyed the grill and pool on premises.

  : The unit was in poor shape. There were patches on walls not painted. Knobs were off cabinet door. Other paint as peeling on cabinets.Neither shower worked well, one squealed the whole time. Neither had good water pressure. The toilet in master bath ran the whole time. The view and location as great!
  : The hot tub was dirty. The pool gate did not always work. See above for other things.
