  : The bed was uncomfortable. The check in process was very unclear but that seems to be an issue with Booking.com

  : The location was perfect to hear the ocean, see the sunset and was quiet. Breakfast was good, but too much food for one person. Maybe a bigger selection if possible.
  : The fireplace didn’t stay on for long. On and off every 2-7 mins. The jacuzzi jets shot the water high onto the wall and splashed water all over the towels, toilet paper and the framed picture on the wall. I didn’t use the jacuzzi again. Notified the check out receptionist of the problem when we checked out.

  : I had the middle cottage--Garden Gate--which reduced the street noise but still had a nice view of the sunset. I liked how clean it was, and how I did not have to worry about crowded lobbies, hallways, or stair cases during the pandemic.
  : You have to check in/out at a different property down the street. I called to ask if I could just leave the key in my room at check-out vs. having to swing by the other property and stand in line/in a possibly crowded lobby. They agreed, but on the condition I called right when I was leaving. It seems like this could easily be solved by putting a secure drop on the cottage property, allowing guests to lock their door, drop the key and go, without needing to make the extra stop.

  : The cottage was well appointed and had everything we needed. The shower was a little funky -- spray was too close to the wall and water never got hot. The big disappointment was breakfast -- low quality. The first day we received a bag with pre-packaged small muffin, orange juice, fruit cup, yogurt, cheese stick & granola bar. The second day we received the same minus the muffin.
  : At a place like this, breakfast fell far below our expectations.

  : I enjoy the area and the location of the cottage. I appreciate that it’s loaded with all the appliances and hot tub.
  : The TV is too small and blocking the window vie. It would be nice if if you replace the tv with a larger one and relocate it up on the wall above the window.
