  : The first room they gave us didn't lock and the A/C didn't work. We had to change rooms. Other than that it was a good stay.

  : The bed from the first room were deliciously comfortable.
  : 1 - Motel grounds, FILTHY! Nobody has swept in months! 2- The first room assigned to me smelled like mold and what seemed like a gym locker room. The bed linings were the cause of that gym smell, however, the beds were extremely comfortable. The restroom was not clean at all, you can see the dirt mildew on the tub, walls. While my friends and i got ready to go out, we heard the neighboring room behind us flush their toilet and suddenly ours began to overflow with urine and feces (we had not used the toilet). When I called the front desk and they sent someone to unclog the toilet. As expected the filthy sewer water overflowed onto the restroom floor and a bit into the vanity area. When the technician was done, the housekeeping came and mopped the floor with an old mop and with the same water on the floor! When i complained to reception, they tried to solve the matter by giving us a new room. It smelled a bit better that a room aerosol spray helped. The beds however, were not as comfy as the other ones, the beds in the second room felt like old pull out couch mattress, you could feel the coils. The restroom seemed a bit cleaner but you can see the marks on the white floors and walls. 3 - The Pool. OMG! It was filthy, you can see the oils from whomever used the pool the day before. There was so much hair and trash. Thank god the whirlpool was clean, that's where we tried to make the best of the stay and facility. 4- Staff, i get it. I may have seem like a whiny Karen, but i mean if we pay for something as advertised on commercials and other ad methods, why can I not ask for extra towels, unclog a toilet or ask to remove insects from the second room.I also get, "Hey you get what you paid for" but the price was too much for the experience.
