  : Location was great, parking was terrible. The lot was down the street , extremely expensive and you were held hostage by the parking lot!! They charged for in and out. There was a single loading zone in front of the hotel and it was not clearly marked. I had to risk a ticket to even find out where the parking lot was located because you are unable to reach the front desk directly. I’m from New York but I’ll stay near the airport and drive into Brooklyn next time.

  : Bed and room exceeded expectations. Clean, quiet, and a big comfy bed. The staff was kind and helpful. Gym was a great addition too.

  : The room although small was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which is the most important item I require other than a clean and comfortable bed.
  : Size of the room for sure. Also, the signage at the entrance could be more prominent, given it is a temporary structure.

  : ROOM: I enjoyed the workout space and the large almost-floor-to-ceiling windows. I liked being able to control the thermostat as well. But that private balcony (!!!!) I could have spent the entire stay out there if we weren't in the middle of a sweltering heatwave. That was truly the best part. The bed was comfortable. LOCATION: There are several places to shop and eat within walking distance.
  : ROOM: I did not like the toddler-sized ironing board. I'm plus sized so it was almost impossible to iron my dresses on that tiny board. The TV was in an awkward position but not so awkward that it affected my stay. The room needs a garbage can. The only one was in the bathroom. So, when I ate, I had to put my garbage in the plastic bag my food came in. LOCATION: There are a lot of homeless people in the area so be careful, especially at night when the streets are not as congested.

  : The EVEN hotel is located in the heart of downtown BK. Therefore, traveling to Manhattan was extremely easy.
  : I was expecting more since the EVEN Hotel is considered a 4-star hotel. The facilities were dated and, in some cases breaking down.
