  : It was close to the areas that I needed to travel to. The area was peaceful and quiet.
  : The home was very dusty and the chair covers needed to be washed. Also, Parking was very hard to find but it’s NYC so that’s expected. Lol!

  : The apartment was very clean and the appliances and kitchen were all new. I really appreciated the soap and shampoo provided for shower. I appreciate the two towels provided as well. It was nice that there was a coffee machine and coffee filters for the machine.
  : Since we were staying 9 nights it would have been nice to get fresh towels but also we didnt ask. but other than that everything was great. Parking was tough but not impossible if you got there before 8.

  : This apartment was great! Super clean and comfy, like spotless.
  : The neighborhood is extremely noisy though, two nights in a row we were awaken by neighbors with extremely loud music, like I was at a nightclub loud. The wifi in the location is horrible, don't count on it to work at all. Also there was an small issue with the shower water not turning off.

  : The residents or guests on the third floor above me were the only problem. They physically fight each other all night and every night. They played very loud music and for a very long period between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am. They pull and slam the furniture every time they fight. My group of family was all elderly adults between the ages of 62 and 83 years.

  : Spacious, comfortable.Lovely beds and warm once we got the radiators turned on.Nice TV and powerful shower.Coded entry system was easy to use.
  : Communication with the host was very hit and miss. It took over 30 minutes for them to give us the code to the doors. Suggest you contact them on the way to the apartments so they get back to you before you arrive.The local area is very noisy.Family on the floor above like having very loud arguments.Neighbours next door love loud music at 1am in the morning. BRING EARPLUGS.No toilet roll or paper towels provided. No other provisions, ie coffee, milk.No local map with stores and metro stations indicated was provided.A welcome basket with these items would be a nice touch and you could charge an extra $15 per stay to cover these.

  : NOTHING. This property should be removed on bookings for business. They will put people’s lives at risk.
  : WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. This is a very dangerous area and the owners are scammers. THIS POSTING IS MISLEADING. They should not do business at all because they will put people’s lives at risk! My family and I are not from NYC and they have made a false advertisement about the safety of this area in Bronx,NY. On our third day at the property, there were shootings literally outside the apartment!!! We hid in the bathroom because we were scared of stray bullets coming in. (Walls and windows are very thin). I’ve never been so scared for my family’s life. The amenities we’re also not good. The pictures are misleading, the area and the apartment itself are dirty. No towels provided and communicating with the manager was very difficult. When we told him about what happened, he said nothing and he did not care to even partially refund us of our stay. Please if you have children or family, or you value your own life, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
