  : Cleanliness of the room, carpet was dirty, the covering of the arms on the chair were filthy, the table was sticky even after cleaning it myself it was still sticky, probably needs replacement

  : The appartment was very spacious but everything turned for the worst the first night when we were ready to go to bed and I found a little bug running around in the sheets. When I went and uncover the rest of the bed there were bed bugs all over. I contacted the property manager but no luck it only had listed the third party VaCasa whom I ended up dealing with. When I talked to them they try and contact the property manager and told me they will call me back. A couple of hrs later almost 10:30 I called back and assured me they will try to make it right and try t ok relocate me and my family the next morning. Next morning came and I received an e mail from VaCasa and instead of dealing with the issue they just gave me a full refund. Now I have to find a new place to stay. Luckily the place next door had vacancies and we were able to get a small appartment for the rest of our trip.

  : Location was good. Property has potential to be great, but needs updating.
  : I booked this property because it was listed as a ski in and ski out. As we were traveling with an elderly skier. This property is neither a ski in or out.

  : Didn’t get the email with the door code, had to call to get it. The parking pass was not in the room when we arrived, luckily a staffer was on site and got us one, she was very nice.

  : Location was great for a quick walk downtown and for meals
  : No fault of the owners, but We had two children under two, the staircase and balcony were extremely dangerous for children. There are no pics of these areas on the bookings.com site or we wouldn’t of booked this condo. Otherwise it’s perfect

  : it was a nice place for a long weekend
  : It’s not really a ski in ski out. The directions for skiing back to the condo were too vague and we wasted an hour trying to walk around looking for it in our ski boots. You can’t ski out at all. You either walk a half mile to the lift or you take a bus.
