  : Quiet. Good location to the harbor.
  : At first, that the breakfast wasn’t available at the inn. The voucher given to us for use at a nearby restaurant was great. Loved the replacement.

  : There was no breakfast. Only $5.00 voucher to a cafe downtown. Too much hassle. This should be under didn’t like.
  : The toilet kept running so spent time trying to stop it. Eventually I could get it to stop but it was bothersome

  : Location was easy walking distance to downtown Boothbay Harbor. King sized bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Room size was better than average.
  : Walkways were not well kept. We saw a used bloody bandage - we finally pick it up, a Q-tip, leaves and other items that should have been taken care of. The bait boxes were very disgusting to see. We planned on breakfast, as in the past three years we have stayed there. We were quite disappointed that it was no longer offered. The $5 vouchers at the cafe about a mile away did not nearly replace the buffet breakfast, and no understandable explanation was given. We went to Hannaford a purchased cereal, milk and fruit. We did not use vouchers. The pool area was not nearly as pleasant as it has been in past years. There were no tables with chairs and umbrellas until the day we left.

  : Not as clean as it should be. Shower door handle broken, reported to the front desk, never fixed. Towels not changed. Floors not vacuumed.

  : not much....hotel was close to town & they had an ice cream shop next door...
  : I went to the office to ask for a hair dryer & he said there is one in the room...I said no there is not..it is a blank wall with a plug..my sister in law who also had a room, asked for more towels for her husband who is 6'5" & a small towel does not fit his large body, & the manager said you already have some...then he told us they did not have breakfast that WAS supposed to be included in the room rate..they had a $5.00 coupon for a restaurant in town ..but they were closed the next day so we had to eat somewhere else...so why did the booking say breakfast was included in the final price?..where is a refund? I said I have a printout right here showing that it said breakfast was included..he said well if you looked online it said we don't have it now....are we supposed to keep looking at our booking IN CASE they changed something?.If we knew they did not have breakfast at the hotel , we would have canceled the hotel & booked somewhere else....The manager never apologized for any inconvenience, he was very abrupt... he wrote the password on the key card for wi-fi and we could not get it working or my brother either, we went back to verify the password & he argued that he ALREADY told us it was lower case & we said, no you did not.....it was a battle to ask him anything....we were not very happy..we have traveled many times & this by far was the worse manager of a hotel we have every seen.....I always used Booking .com for travel & this time it just did not work out......also the A/C had spots all over the vents, hoping it was not mold as the bed was right beside it..!
