  : The on-site manager addressed our problem with our door lock right away.
  : We arrived around 2pm and didn’t realize we were two hours early for check-in. There isn’t a front desk to check-in and get a key and I already had the door code so I honestly didn’t think it was a big deal but one of the staff came in and shouted, “What are you doing here?! Check-in is at 4pm!” We apologized for the misunderstanding but she was visibly upset and got us off on the wrong foot. As we got settled in we started noticing cobwebs, heavy dust, mold, and old stains everywhere. No one showered because they were grossed out by the mold on the shower curtain. I toughed it out and used the shower once but regretted it and somehow felt dirtier after. It was so bad that I actually contacted Booking.com’s customer service to see if we could get a refund and find somewhere else to spend the night, but sadly it didn’t work out so we just took the loss, spent the night, and left early in the morning. I have tons of photos to share and showed them to the representative from Booking.com, but the app is only allowing one for the interior so I’ll just show the heavy dust and cobwebs directly behind our bed. I had to pull the bed a foot or two away from the wall, but was still disgusted. I’m sure they were going to give the entire cabin a comprehensive heavy duty cleaning from top to bottom, but we checked in two hours too early…
