  : We loved the cabin! It was very clean when we arrived. It is adorably decorated. It has every possible cooking item one would need. The king bed upstairs is really comfortable & cozy. It is nice to have wifi & cable TV. The location is great...we walked to the Big Bear Snowplay Park. Overall, this property is a gem! We are grateful that the owners are willing to share their cozy, comfy, cute cabin with visitors, including furry children!
  : Only 1 negative: Snow the day before our arrival covered driveway & front porch. We called Vacasa & were told to find a shovel. We were told we would get a call back but never did. The amount of snow was way beyond our capacity to shovel & it was getting dark. We called again after a half hour & were told the Vacasa agent we 1st spoke with should have told us the wait would be at least 1 hour, but this was not said in our 1st call. A snowplow finally showed up, but it was a bit of a wait.
