  : The apartment was OK, but since we did not have bedding and the customer service was so mediocre it reflected badly on the whole experience.
  : We arrived from Europe and discovered that even if we had registrered for 3 adults, we were only given one comforter and no blankets. The double bed was in addition very small. After contacting customer service we were told that they would fix this the day after and contact us. This did not happen. When we called again first in the morning then around noon we were told additional comforters could only be delivered the day after - so 48 hours after we arrived. We then decided to leave since it is difficult to sleep with out bedding in winter. We asked to a refund but did not even receive a response. Horrible customer treatment.

  : It appeared to be nice, but the kitchen was the only thing that I liked.
  : First of all it said parking was included with the price to stay. It wasn’t then I made a phone call and they said they had would fix it but didn’t!I found my own parking! There were no amenities open so there was nothing to do it was a terrible trip. The beds were hard and uncomfortable! I will not be booking through here again!

  : additional paperwork required to be filled out through the most rigid digital portal ever. had to re-run several times. very poor reachable customer service. if you want smooth check-in DON’T BOOK THIS!!!

  : The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and spacious.
  : Small but useful things were missing. For example - no coffee filters for coffee maker and no hangers.Most importantly it is impossible to TALK to a person before or during your stay. tried to get a number to talk to a representative before arriving about parking. Impossible. Once in the apartment, there was no information regarding internet. I eventually called the Emergency Number in order to get internet connection. When I was checking out I did not have information as to where to leave the key. Again, no phone contact choices.

  : A home away from home, comfortable with basic needs met. With a table and a desk, both my son and I could get work done. Laundry, workout facilities and underground parking were additional benefits. Several restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. in walking distance. Close proximity to Walter Reed.
  : .The check-in process was unexpected. Have to send copies of photo ID and credit card in advance. Most of their messages were going to junk mail so I didn't realize the need. Didn't know I had to request parking in advance and then they needed the ID and credit cards again. Should have been able to use what I had just sent. When reserving, there should be an option to reserve with a parking space. We ended up parking on the street the first night and in a parking garage 4 blocks away the 2nd night. I

  : Apartment staff were useless had to wait for people to come from jersey if there was a issue and took a day or 2 at times and thought for area and amenities was a little pricey.
