  : We stayed at this hotel for three days. No one come to clean the rooms and change the dirty bath towers. We have to go to the hotel office to ask for clean bath towers by ourselves daily.

  : The managers of this property do not know how to run a motel. Checked in and gave them a $100 cash deposit as required. You cannot use a credit card which is crazy. No problem for us in that we have to do this in Mexico all the time. The normal procedure is to put an envelope with room number on it and place it in the safe. That is not done here. The room floor was slightly sticky not rinsed well but not a problem. No house cleaning for the 6 nights we stayed. Went to check out at 6:30am in that we had an 8 hour drive home.. office had an open sign but no one there and door locked. Pushed the doorbell but no response after 10+ minutes. They wanted us to drop the keys in a slot and leave so they could keep our deposit. Left and got coffee then came back after 7am. Again no one there. Push the doorbell and started making noise The lady finally showed up. Asked for the deposit back she said she had to check the room. Took her 5 minutes to slowly walk to the room. Had to make sure both the microwave and TV worked. Not sure why; do they think we sabotage them? Found a dirty towel in the bathroom that was used as a bath mat for the shower. Claimed this was damaged and they were going to charge us $5. I said you never cleaned the room for the 6 nights we were there this is the dirt you caused. Finally got our full deposit back in $5's $10's $20's and ones. Was worrying if they even had enough money on hand to pay it. Clearly they are spending the deposit money and trying not to return it. So it took over an hour and a half to check out and get our deposit back. Will never stay there again.

  : Good location to places to shop and eat. Family was helpful to find laundry for us.
  : Was expensive for value of room. Very bear minimum. No ice machine. Shower very small. Floor from bedroom to bathroom not level or finished off. Uneven edges caused accident tripping into the bathroom. Very difficult to understand dialect to communicate.

  : You get what you pay for! Our room was neat and clean, bigger than I thought it would be. Location was great for being such a budget option.
  : It's really just the basics, but that was all we needed.

  : The office people were very rude and not very accommodating. It was the absolute bare minimum, nothing on the walls, no ice, no vending machines, absolutely nothing!! And the shower was so small I had to step out to wash anything below my waist because you can't bend over!!
