  : Location. The bed
  : Ants. Leaving puddles of ant spray on the floor. Not knowing the bathroom was across the sidewalk until it was too late to cancel. The fact that the code to the shared bathroom across the sidewalk was the same as our room code. There was no mention of the detached bathroom in the initial description.

  : the initial setting was charming. but beware. the bed smelled like other people. no coffee or drinking water so you had to go to the other building to get water from the restroom. I bought coffee and drinking water for my second day and went to set up the pot and it had water that had serious algae and black mold. also if you want to find a cup you have to scrounge from some in the restroom. absolutely no confidence that they were clean and sterile. then when I went to take a shower I discovered the shampoo and conditioner had mold!!! I also went out and purchased my own pillow because theirs smelled. got the nice little “how was your first night” email and told them about the issues, no one got back to me. sent an email that night, no response. sent a text in the morning…no response, called customer service and got an answering service. no one called, finally much later got a text from someone named Stephanie asking for clarification on the issues which I provided. response was I would be contacted by customer service. no responses to my texts or emails. late in the day was contacted by email -finally- who indicated and I quote “I am so sorry for these issues. I have been coordinating with operations and management. We'll work to get you a refund and figure out what is going on because that isn't right and we haven't ever seen anything like that before.”. still waiting. chairs on patio broken and molded, ants, smelly, not following Covid/Health Department protocols, nothing is sterile, no water, coffee, or attention to detail. even the drapes were hung backwards. oh and you had to crawl under the table to access a power strip.
  : next morning I was going to at least have a bite before going out for the day and I look down and have ants crawling on my feet. I packed my things and left when I had one more night to stay. at the time of writing this, I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with the status of my refund. no one contacted my other than auto emails pressuring me to give a five star rating. booking.com. itrip.com who is the company that was on everything in the unit are not to be trusted. this place is a health hazard. and what about customer service? call me!!! NOTHING about this place justifies. I stay at a lot of Airbnb’s and try to give locally. NEVER have I experienced anything this horrible.
