: Nothing! This property is beyond terrible. There was a horrendous moldy smell mixed with a heavy perfume cover-up. It is nasty broken down strip motel that should be condemned. The walls, ceiling, windows, flooring and furnishings were dirty, broken down and overall gross. Bed sagged in the middle. Blankets and towels ragged and worn out. Carpet and flooring was dirty that I didnt dare take off my shoes. Front door lock was not loose and could have easily been broken into. No hot water in bathroom. There was a huge gap under the door which allowed cold air to pour into the room. There was a small dirty and cracked electric heater-probably fire hazard! Very unsafe! I did not like anything! I later discovered that the price of this horrible place was also not a bargain compared to other nicer properties in the area.
: Everything was terrible! The online photos and description were very misleading and did not correctly describe the condition of this property. It made me very disgusted knowing that I had booked at this property and paid a fairly high price for this property compared to the numerous motels and lodging in the area. Had I know how awful this property was I would have NEVER ever booked there. It basically ruined my vacation in an otherwise beautiful area near Acadia National Park.

: Room was clean.
: The room was horribly outdated, worn carpet, very drippy shower that was loud and made it hard to sleep because of paper thin walls. Any other location and I wouldnt have been happy unless I paid less than $70. Truly a low budget motel in every sense of the phrase except I had to pay way more than it was worth. Hundreds more.
