  : No access to the property. No phone service to contact customer support. Took 2 hours to gain access to the house due to not receiving gate access or door access from vacasa via booking.com. For what we had to pay for the 2 day visit, there should not have been any issues getting into the house. Very stressful situation that took several calls to vacasa and booking.com before they actually found the reservation. Once the reservation was found and placed on hold by booking.com, we received another phone number to vacasa before we received the information needed to get through the gate and key box for the front door. May want to look into the disconnect between booking.com and vacasa.
