  : Quiet, amazing views, friendly and accommodating staff, nice pool, good breakfast selection. AC worked GREAT which is important in the Texas heat! :)
  : The room could have been a bit cleaner (floor felt dirty underfoot), and overall it was a little dated and run down. Curtains smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a wasp's nest out on the back patio.

  : I absolutely loved the location and convenience of being near some many restaurants and near by things to do. The scenery from this location is amazingly awesome. The view from my room was extremely beautiful.
  : Where do I start? My room (#219S) wasn't cleaned at all and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned for months. The door to my room looked like it had been broken into from the outside and torn apart from the inside. The lock bolt to secure the room from the inside had been broken off leaving the visible holes in the door which didn't make me feel very secure at all. There were smudges on the walls all over the place. The floor of bathtub was peeling apart in the bathroom. The terrace on the balcony was covered with old dry bird poop and the chairs were so dirty that all the dirt wouldn't come off after I tried cleaning them myself. The windows hadn't been cleaned at all and the window seals had visible dirt and dead bugs. The refrigerator had dried stains of some sort on it. There was dust and dirt on every piece furniture and even the telephone. The toilet seat was poorly installed so it moved around alot everything it was used. I literally had to physically clean the entire room, appliances and furniture myself for my own sense of sanity and security of sanitation. I did inform the gentleman at the front desk immediately after I had checked in, even showing pictures that I hadnt taken to support my dissatisfaction with the lack of cleanliness and security of my accommodations. He forwarded my concerns to his manager, Marjorie who wasn't on property who approved only a 25% discount for my extreme inconvenience. Because it was clearly more important to her to make a sale than to have a satisfied customer. I was so disturbed with my accommodations that I wanted to speak with the manager, Marjorie myself but she wasn'ton property so I left a message with the from desk reception for her to give me a call. She reach out to me but unfortunately I missed her call.

  : great location. nice views.
  : grounds dirty, rooms old and dated, and far from clean. AC not in when arrived. had to change room three times to find one that was a little cool and had a working tv. place could be nice. needs some serious tlc. felt sorry for the staff… having to make so many excuses. $75 a night room at best. cost me close to $400 for 2 nights.

  : The toilet seat was broken. The room and property in general was in need of an update. The backdoor of the room barely would shut or lock.

  : Although the staff could not really help us. The one man working the front desk was very polite and admitted that all he could do would be to move us to another room because his manager wasn’t there.Dep ding on which room you have, the view can be nice.
  : I’m our first room we had bugs crawling around(silvertail bugs and cockroaches) and our towels had bodily stains that had never been cleaned and hair all over the towels. In the second room there were unwashed towels again and one of the pillows had blood covered all over it. The staff did not know how to help us because the manager wasn’t there. The manager is now blaming us for not leaving earlier but her staff wouldn’t have known how to give us a refund. It is not our fault and I would highly suggest the health department to investigate.

  : The outside of the buildings are dated and not kept up. Door wasn't sealed at the bottom.
