  : I was pleased with the convenience of checking in the room was clean and served it's purpose, I left early the next morning due to work.
  : There was a $100 security deposit that I have yet to receive back. That would be my only complaint.

  : They are taking steps to improve this property! Ive stayed here many times. This time there was a new bed, new bedding, new curtains, new and larger fridge, and new bath towels.In addition, they have been excellent communicators on Booking.com and the person I dealt with both checking in and out was friendly and helpful (as usual). I asked for them to accommodate me on a couple items, in particular a very late early morning check in time, and they were very accommodating (Ive needed this during every stay, and they have been consistently accommodating every time).
  : Very little not to like. A solid 8 or 9 experience, with the improvements from my last stay.

  : The fact the owner, wouldn't honor the fact the site double booked me for the Same day, the website wouldn't do anything to help, neither would the property manager. So I had to pay 100 dollars for a night I didn't get to even have and they tried making me deposit 158 when I had already paid a deposit. I will never stay here again. I had paid a ridiculous amount of money when I had booked online and they still wouldn't honor giving me that night. Made things difficult for me when im.in town for work

  : Dirty outdated needs remodeling, lots of people wondering around I had to be keeping a close eye on my vehicle, all night couldnt sleep the smell inside and out of the room really bad. I will never stay in the hotel again.

  : Check in process was seamless and the staff were friendly. convenient location to the event I was in Atwater to attend. Bed was king-sized, fridge in the room, very hot water shower, generally fairly quiet.
  : The room was a bit dingy...cigarette burns in the chair upholstery (though supposedly a smoke-free room), flaky upholstery on the sofa, the carpet was stained and felt kind of 'sticky' under my barefoot - needs to be cleaned.
