St Moritz Lodge Aspen

: I paid for an upgrade 2 rooms for 2 nigh stay and it was dark and clustrophobic and old. I did not stay and moved to another hotel. I talked to the reception next day and they decline to refund me for the second night unless they could sell it for a new tenent.

: The room was comfortable, if smaller than many we stayed in on our trip, but it was a pleasant place for a single night's stay in Aspen. Complementary coffee provided in the morning.
: Although we'd booked on the understanding breakfast would be included in the price, we were told on arrival that there would be no breakfast as we were staying out of (ski) season - this could have been made clear at the point of booking.
