  : I booked our stay through Booking.com. during check in I noticed that the proposed billing amount ($510.62) was different than the amount on my email confirmation that I had printed out ($389??). I brought it to the attention of the attendant, but it was dismissed and she said not to worry or would be credited back. At the end of the stay, we were charged for the full $510.62. at that point I was not able to find my print out so I went to pull up the confirmation email online only to find the amount on the email no longer reflected the original amount either! I could not find my print out so I was very dismayed and disappointed that it was not addressed when I initially brought it to their attention. It seemed we had no recourse at that time so we are not happy about that at all. We've never had this issue before with our reservations on Booking.com so it seems to be a reflection of Best Western and this will influence our decision on potential future stays.
