  : I didn’t even eat the breakfast. Everything came in a brown bag, and I refuse to eat anything out of that filthy hotel.
  : Everything could’ve been better they need to tear that hotel down rebuild higher a whole new staff whole new management team. The room had roaches in it. I gave them my old towels. They bought me back some new ones and told me that there were no more washcloths and I just want my old washcloths back. How retarded is that? There were all kind of Hispanics just hanging out everywhere, even in front of our room, this hotel is very unsafe. Needs to be torn down. It’s filthy and disgusting. I had to go by my own sheets put them on the bed. The mattress was gross. I end up throwing them away because I was not gonna wash them and reuse them.

  : I like to say I'm way too old to have a 22-year-old daughter but I do and she was graduating from the University of Florida this weekend. When I arrived at the hotel they can find no record of any kind of my reservation. Even though I had a confirmation number provided by booking.com My guess is as it was graduation weekend they chose to throw out my reservation and sell the room for much more money. It was a horrible first experience with booking.com

  : Dirty, unkept, most amenities listed were not provided.I got there early, and to see if I could possibly check in a little earlier than 3pm and they wouldn’t let me. I noticed that most of rooms were empty because the curtains were open.I was also told that the fee for my dog was going to be $50 A DAY.They said it was booking.com’s fault for not telling me about the dog fee.Most importantly, the next day, the were laying black top in the parking lot , starting at 8 am. The noise level was high, from trucks, machines, yelling, etcI could not take my planned nap or even hear the TV.At 1PM, I ask the man at the front desk if I could leave now (because I was not enjoying the room and really needed a nap) and not be charged for the second day.He refused, followed me around when I got ice, told me I couldn’t be in the hall way, came up the stairs yelling at me but stopped when I told him I was taping him.I told him that I was leaving and left after the men laying the blacktop for the parking lot left at 5 pm.It would have been difficult to pack car if the men were working.
