  : Being on the water and having a ramp to door .
  : Heater didn't work and nights were 35-40 degrees. Not enough hot water for even 1 shower. No handicap safety bars in the shower .

  : View from lakefront cabin was lovely. It is nice and quiet there. Staff was friendly and helpful.
  : There were inconveniences initially, like a miscommunication about the availability of renting sheets. We only had 1 set to share for 2 different size beds. Cash pay at the gate was expected upon arrival for the balance owed or you would need to go to an office to use another form of payment. The check-in time was lengthy. Only 2 staff members. This is the new normal now post-COVID. Sadly, on the 95 degree day that we checked into our cabin the air conditioner was not working. The ranger indicated that the maintenance staff was off on Friday. The ranger DID, I believe call maintenance for suggestions on how to fix it. He also called his manager and then showed up at our cabin where he fixed it by way of the breaker box! There is room for a refresh of the facilities and as I understand it per their website, they are coming.
