  : Filthy, unsafe, location, the phone in the room didn't work, no microwave or hair dryer. The smell was gut-turning....but worst of all I woke up with bedbugs biting me and then not given a refund for the 2 remaining days I paid for OR not being offered another room. Was told it was me who brought them and I could leave

Disappointing

  : The night front desk lady was friendly and helpful.
  : The room was, well disappointing. The microwave didn't work. Never got a replacement one either. The sheets were yellow and stained. Had black hair all over it. I slept on top of everything with a throw I had to cover up with. No coffee pot or hair dryer. It's a non smoking room but reeked of smoke and something else foul. Pretty sure it was the carpet. Not sure but the carpet is older than me and that's old.
