  : Location and outside appearance. Bed was comfortable. Everything else was bad. Dirty room, NO coffee at breakfast.
  : Our room was DIRTY upon check in. Crumbs were all over the bedside table and near the microwave. I politely ask about a new room and the person at the front desk walked down with a spray bottle and rag and wiped it off. After she left, I realized the carpet was also dirty and there was partially used soap in the shower. Pretty gross. The next morning, the only coffee machine was out of order. I politely mentioned to the front desk, the the guy just looked at me and grunted. I get the feeling it has been out of order for a long time and no one cares. Unless you like gross hotels and no coffee in the morning to go with a not so great breakfast, do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel.

  : Wasn't cleaned as it should no small towns no soap mirrors wasn't cleaned tissue paper on the floor. Staff said they was going to bring extra toel didn't happened.

  : The room definitely needed updates and repairs. The sink was clogged. The shower head needed to be replaced. The ceiling had black scuff on it. The wall was cracked by the door. The hallway musty. You could not get any help, no one would answer the phone.
