  : I asked for a room on the top floor and away from the elevator and they gave us one. I also asked the staff for extra towels, which they provided.Besides that, they had a friendly attitude, which is always appreciated.
  : The breakfast was fine, buy there's always room for improvement. For example, they had omelette-like eggs, mixed with American cheese. I still ate it, because I like having an omelette for breakfast, but I would have preferred a choice of plain omelette without American cheese.Also, I had yogurt, but it had a lot of sugar. I would have preferred sugar-free, and even better, a sugar-free Greek yogurt.

  : Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful as I like it cold and it held the temperature very well. It was quiet where I was located, top floor.
  : The elevator was smelly and the floors in the elevators dirty and sticky.

  : Very loud in hallway at night. Someone pounding on door screaming let me in until neighbors room said he was going to call the police. App said no parties, so thought it would be much quieter. No apology from front desk staff.

  : Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, though upper staff was unresponsive to fixing issues
  : Loud, but truly LOUD incessant noise from bathroom vent - could hear it from the elevators. I was told that in any other circumstances they would have moved us to a different room but the hotel was booked. No one would discount refund move us or anything. We didn’t sleep much and one friend had to use headphones through the night
