  : We liked the Location was a quite area.
  : Screen door unusable for porch as screen is torn completely on one side, very hot upstairs cooling system not working well. The fans upstairs that we used and placed over the registers to try and get cold air are filthy. First night upstairs was hot. Second day after spending all day in Dells we came back and temp was 79 in rental. Seems the air conditioning kicked out and this has happened before I’m told? I was instructed by whomever was on call to go outside and flip the circuit breaker to get it to restart. That’s not right customers should not be working with high voltage electricity. No internet and no instructions how to connect to WiFi so had to drive to Walmart to get a signal to call how to connect to WiFi. Dead batteries for remote, in downstairs bedroom and missing a battery. Upstairs tv we couldn’t get to work. Again no instructions for use. Dryer wasn’t drying well. So looked for lint filter. Seems the lint filter had not been changed for some time as there was “a lot” of lint build up and that’s a fire waiting to happen! Oh and no instructions about usage. Overall condition this unit is so dated. Bathroom fixtures are out of the 90s as handle upstairs is hard to use. Underneath cleaning such as baseboards, corners on floors very built up with grime. Dishwasher is missing a wheel for tray so you have to maneuver it to slide it in and out. What was concerning is the downstairs patio door on the outside is rotting and water penetrating structure creating mold. It’s the mold that we are concerned with. Our daughter didn’t travel with us this trip but is still recovering from being exposed to toxic mold. We’re we able to use the pool and rec center? No instructions about that so we just went ahead and did that. Overall I’m disappointed in the price and value I received.

  : We went out to eat, there is NO Breakfast here.
  : Some parts of the condo looked a little worn. 2 of the tv's didn't work when we got here, My husband got 1 to wok. But the other one would not even turn on. When I called the office and reported it, and a lamp that had a broken switch, and the lights in the headboard didn't work either. we left for the morning and when we returned everything was fixed, and a different tv in the Master bedroom. Thank you for the Prompt attention to those issues.

  : Place needs to be renovated with updated items. Bed sheets/comforters, shower curtains. New beds.

  : Very out dated, old, things broken. Kitchen did not have a lot of supplies, hot tub water did not get hot at all!!
