  : Everything. Room smelled despite being a smoking room, the bed sheets also had burn holes. Ac is completely old. Now coming in to check in the guy asks for a $100 CASH deposit due it being a smoking room but then when asked later he then said it was for both rooms??

  : There was no breakfast.
  : They charged $100 cash deposit that was not disclosed in the reservation! The man ahead of me in line was from Mexico and had no US currency; I gave him the $100 which he paid me back in the morning when he checked out!

  : They ask for a $100 security deposit CASH, which they give you back once you check out. I had a smoking room and the comforter had cigarette burns in it and the phone was broken and dirty. The carpet was dirty and stained.

  : The bedding was dirty with cigarette holes in the comforter. Then I saw the cushioned chair next to the bed and it was stained and dirty and had holes and was very disgusting..I had the take the dirty hole Comforter because it at looking at them both the comforter looked less infecsoùius..I had to leave at 3am because we couldn't lay in the bed. I checked out at 3am and asked for a partial refund and haven't received anything..I want a refund for my stay
