: The location.
: The location was perfect as we were visiting family 1 mile away. However, the hotel was horrible. The front desk person said he gave us a good room and he even helped us with our bags. Once we got in the room, we were very disappointed. The carpet was stained and you could feel the floor was uneven just walking on it. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was so low you had to stoop to wash your face. The beds were small and the pillows were lumpy and the hallway smelled like marijuana. There was a leak in the vending machines on the first floor and liquid was leaking out all over the floor and there was no indication that it was known or was being cleaned up. It smelled like vomit. We were so upset by the conditions that we checked out early. The front desk person told us we could check out early without a fee so we took him at his word. I also verified with him that his records showed we were only going to be charged for one day. But, when I got the bill from Booking.com, they had added an extra day. I looked at the policy and they said the fee could be waived by the hotel, which they did. I have also written to Booking.com to get a refund for the night we did not stay. I think you should review this hotel and make sure it meets the cleanliness standards as it did not meet our standards and we are a family that actually camps outside and this was worse than any camping trip we have been on.
