  : Beautiful wooded area, great fireplace, very clean. Plentiful firewood and snowshoes provided. Cozy interior, quick customer service communication.
  : We did not have full access to the property due to the downstairs fridge being locked which was not specified anywhere. The entire place felt very short on basic household supplies (trash bags, dishwasher tabs…). The heating system was not functioning properly - some rooms were incredibly hot, and others freezing. The hot water heater produced only lukewarm water for even the first person in the shower. Overall there were many maintenance issues - a dangerous hole in the deck we found shortly after arrival, broken and loose windows in the kitchen, broken locks, and broken jets in the hot tub. Beyond that, be warned if you are staying here in the winter and happen to get a snowstorm you will be fully responsible for shoveling. No snowblower provided even.
