  : The neighbors and tenant were rude . We were attacked by the upon our arrival the bugs overtook us when we tried to set on the porch. Stairs were rather steep..

  : Location was nice. Beautiful gothic church across the street. Only 20 minutes from the beach

Disappointing

  : The location was close to things we wanted to do. Enough rooms for sleeping several people. Hot water on demand was nice as was the central air. The downstairs neighbor is very nice.
  : Floors were literally buckling beneath our feet with broken places and holes. The mattresses were apparently purchased in 1978, toilet ran continuously, bathroom was far from clean, blinds were missing from windows, the blinds still hanging on were broken, television was disconnected (thus unusable), the very few closets were packed full, dresser in room with twin beds is a hazard, not pleased with having to make our own beds and be expected to clean before we left (what is the cleaning fee used for?) Parking is non existent, lots of places within the apartment were just worn and old. There is no true common area other than the table in the kitchen. Found pills on the floor and random clothing in the closets. Also, there were wasps in the curtains of the largest bedroom.Also, what kind of monster leaves a pod coffee maker with loose coffee and filters? For cost verses ammenties, a hotel would have been a much better choice.
