  : Rooms were not cleaned and when we checked in, the shower doesn?t had water as the handle was broken. I called front desk to have that fixed, they said they cannot promise when it will get fixed and rejected my request to give another room.

  : We were safe.
  : We had to go down and ask for towels. The bathtub was dirty. The toilet seat was broke. You had to slam the doors to shut. There was a huge hole in the wall. Two of the lamps were broke.

  : The door to the room didn't close well, security lock on the door was missing, no blankets on the bed, not enough towels, big hole in the wall, ceiling looks patched up, neighbors were loud, beds were uncomfortable, one set of sheets has what appeared to be blood stains, there were roaches, elevator smelled like vomit, not all of the lights worked, etc

  : Sheets had stains from what appeared to be body fluids. Big roaches where found in both rooms that I payed for.

  : The location was just a few minutes from Busch Gardens and was easy to find to and from the park without having to use GPS. The shower was also very nice even if the bathroom was very tiny. The girl at the front desk was friendly when we checked in.
  : The bed was super hard and only had sheets on it. The pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for years. The breakfast was frozen waffles and bagels only and they had someone out there making sure you didn’t get more than one waffle and one bagel. My husband went down after we checked in and asked for a couple more pillows and towels and they said no they didn’t have any available. Our room door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and wouldn’t close without having to slam it with a lot of force. Also a couple of fights in the parking lot happened in the middle of the night with some guy getting absolutely slapped into next week by looked to be a very mad girlfriend or wife who was clearly a worker of the hotel with a lot of screaming and yelling going on. I understand you get what you pay for so this was definitely one of those situations. I was trying to save a little bit of money by finding a cheap hotel and while yes I did save money, I didn’t enjoy it too well.

  : Walked into my room pulled back the comforter that was on top of the bed comforter was nasty dirty I had hair underneath my sheet with blood spots big cockroaches marching across the lobby floor
