  : Location and price. Staff was friendly & allowed us to check in an hour early
  : Was put in a smoking room, but requested a non-smoking room when booking online. Room smelled like cigarettes and did not have a fire alarm. Room was NOT clean (aside from sheets/towels, which were clean) cracks and hole in wall, walls were dirty with sauce or "who-knows-what", exsaust fan in bathroom did not work (which was even worse given it was a smokers room) freezer inside mini fridge was frozen over, lamp by the bed only had one bulb and didnt sork properly (shade was broken/bent) mold growing on bathroom wall (probably from lack of air ventilation since the fan wasn't working). We immediately went and bought lysol spray to spray the room down... we only booked one night, so we didn't see a reason to complain to staff (staff were very friendly and helpful). Bagged breakfast was disappointing... We stayed at the same hotel 5 years ago, and it was definetly a different stay this time. Room needs more attention when cleaning and the bagged breakfast was disappointing (goldfish crackers and brownies are not breakfast foods). I took over 30 pictures on the room (dirty and broken things) in case they tried blaming us for any of it.For $60/night, it wasn't worth complaining about. But if we had paid more or planned to stay longer than one night. I would have asked for a different room

  : No hot breakfast, grab bag sucked , our phone in the room didn’t work , needed more pillows on the bed , pillows were small ,our key card didn’t work sometimes had to get it programmed ,ice machine on our floor didn’t work

  : No breakfast when they advertised free breakfast. The ice machines weren’t working on multiple floors, the tub we had was suppose to be a jacuzzi in our room but couldn’t turn it on. The front desk staff could use more training on how to be customer friendly, especially when I had an issue that I was trying to get resolved

  : We did not stay. The place was cheap but the location was dangerous.
  : We did not stay. The location around the hotel was very dangerous. When we pulled up right after we checked in there was a man with a gun out in the parking lot. Lots of sketchy people all over the place in the parking area.
