  : Everything else… the only staff was at the desk, no hot breakfast or coffee, loud at 2:00 am w/ Busch Garden’s staff LIVING there w/clothes, towels, grill on the balcony..trash for 3 days spilling out of cans, weeds everywhere and unkept.

  : The location is great and the staff are helpful and responsive.
  : The facility is old and in need of updating. We stayed in this hotel almost 25 years ago and seems very similar. The property has great potential, and with some corporate attention, it could be a destination on its own.

  : Not the cleanest, musty smells in lobby. Could smell pot smoking. Property in need of updating.

  : They advertised hot breakfast included. But at the front desk is a letter stating due to problems, there would be no hot breakfast. According to the front desk receptionist, the problem happened a month ago and it appears they don’t plan on fixing it as I saw they had part of the ceiling collapse in the breakfast area. There was no sign of any work being done except for a bucket to catch the water. The fact is there were many buckets of water throughout the hotel as there were numerous leaks. I told the receptionist that the 10 gallon trash pail catching the water dripping from the hallway air conditioner in the 4th floor hallway was almost full and advised her that someone should empty it. An hour later it was overflowing. I could only imagine what the third floor looked like.
  : I don’t like unairconditioned hallways that smell of mold nor seeing mold in the room. The carpeting was threadbare and spongy as we walked down the hallway to our room. I don’t like bugs in my room.

  : The bed was amazing! So were the pillows. The room was clean, so was the pool. Staff were so kind, all of them.
  : Towels were stained and looked gross, also the room was hot to the point that I needed a fan.

  : Very dirty, mold near ice machine,. roof near indoor pool leaking they have a bucket has mosquito larva. Trash in hallway, grounds over grown overgrown building had a fowl smell
